Sometimes it is good to meet up, get out of the house, do something for yourself with others who know what life can be like.
Monthly Session
Our monthly evening is for dads or male carers who have children with additional support needs. It is a chance to meet other men who are on a similar journey, swap stories, share ideas, have a laugh, and talk about the stuff that doesn't always come up elsewhere.
There's no pressure and no expectation to share anything you're not comfortable sharing. Whether you've had a great week, a tough week, or just need a break and some adult conversation, you're welcome.
